Starting in 2018, the Derby Festival launched a four-year race medal series for runners participating in the miniMarathon and Marathon.

The finisher medals from 2018 thru 2021 each feature a different landmark or icon symbolic of Louisville and the Festival’s road races (Twin Spires, Louisville Slugger, Muhammad Ali, and the Downtown Bridges).

We need your help to choose what will be featured on this year’s medals. Please submit your ideas below.

We’ll be collecting submissions through midnight on Tuesday, August 31.
